“Karlies skin was prepped using Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Hyraluonic Acid Serum and Charlotte Tilburys Magic Cream. For creating luminous skin, a combination of Mac Face and Body foundation and NARS Sheer Glow foundation was used as a base, followed by Serge Lutens Color Correcting Concealer.
To give structure to the cheekbones, the Kevyn Aucoin Contour Wand in Medium was swiped under the cheekbones and blended into the foundation. To give more depth and warmth to the contour, Dior’s Diorskin Nude Air Tan powder was overlaid on top followed by Dior-skin Nude Air Luminizer powder the high points of the cheekbones to create more dimension and a luminous glow. To give the skin color and classic French girl cheeks, Dior Vibrant Color Powder Blush in both Rose Chérie and New Red were lightly swiped over the apples of the cheeks and blended into the cheekbone, giving a rosey flush to the face.
Both blushes were also lightly washed over the eye lids to create a natural, mono chromatic feel. Karlies brows were shaped and feathered using Anastasia of Beverly Hills Eyebrow Powder Palette, and set with Glossiers Boy Brow in Brown. The look was tied together by filling in the lips with Charlotte Tilburys Lip Pencil in Pillow Talk, topped off with Rouge Dior Liquid Lip in Jungle Matte and Dior Lip Glow.
