Get The Look: Nicola Coughlan’s Smoky Lavender Eyes & Reflective Opal Skin At The “Bridgerton” Season 3 London Premiere
Calling all Bridgeton fans! Part 2 of the third season of Netflix’s hit show is officially out, and the star of this installment Nicola Coughlan has been busy making the rounds on a world promotional tour. With each event, she delivered one look more stunning than the last.
For the final premiere in London, Nicola was a vision in a custom blush, sequin off the shoulder number by Rodarte. I loved the drama the addition of her burgundy velvet opera gloves brought to the entire look, not only making it more regal, but also how it paid tribute to the show’s iconic signature style. When it came to her makeup, artist Neil Young played with the feminine, floral inspired hues the Bridgerton ladies are best known for. Nicola’s character Penelope in particular always brings a fun use of color to their world of opulence and extravagance with rich jewel tones paired against her fiery red hair. For this appearance, Neil made Nicola’s bright blue eyes pop even more with a beautiful smoked out ombre purple hued wash of lavender and plum, with a hint of peachy shimmer. A radiant opal finish was dusted on her flawless alabaster skin, and topped off with a soft apricot lip with just a hint of sheen. While I am sad to see this promo tour come to an end, I’m glad it wrapped up on such a fabulous, glamourous note.
