Get The Look: Alison Brie’s Splash of Blue At “The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part” L.A. Premiere

Makeup artist Mai Quynh never fails to have fun with color when it comes to creating memorable beauty looks. This weekend she gave “Glow” actress Alison Brie an unexpected case of the blues.

There’s no better time to inject color into a red carpet look than at a premiere for an animated film. For “The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part” L.A. red carpet Alison promoted her latest role in a fuchsia printed mini dress by Magda Butrym which featured little pops of red and blue flowers. Mai helped bring out those shades by giving the brunette beauty a fresh and lighthearted makeup look. Creamy skin, pink cheeks, punchy lips and a pair of periwinkle rimmed eyes made Brie a standout of the evening.

A look like this is a perfect example to never be afraid of color when it comes to your makeup. By simply lining the upper and bottom of the eyes Alison’s already sparkling peepers shined even brighter.
