Beauty Report: Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips 2 Collection

Anytime someone asks what my favorite lipstick is I never even have to think about my answer. Charlotte Tilbury hands down wins the lipstick game for me when it comes to formula,shade range and packaging. After her first Hot Lips collection was released, I quickly found my new signature shade (K.K.W.) and now she is back with a whole new batch inspired by even more famous friends.

After the first wildly successful Hot Lips collection gave us shades named after some of Tilbury’s favorite celebrity clients like Cindy Crawford, Salma Hayek, Nicole Kidman and many more it was time for round 2. The 11 new lipsticks come in stunning printed tubes featuring leopard print, gold & black stripes, celestial stars, and black pumas. I love that she took the components up a notch by adding designs, my only wish is that we as customers were able to choose which one we want for our desired shade. Another added bonus to these shades is you can now order refills for only $24.

The Hot Lips 2 collection serves up shades named after some of the leading ladies in Charlotte’s life including Amal Clooney, Susan Sarandon, Jennifer Aniston, Alessandra Ambrosio, Patsy Tilbury (her mother), Carina Lau, Sofia Vergara, Olivia Palermo, Kylie Minogue, J.K. Rowling, and one gentleman- Edward Enninful British Vogue’s editor-in-chief. The line is now available on charlottetilbury.com and will launch at participating retailers on June 27th. Each gorgeous tube will set you back $37, which is $3 more than the Hot Lips which came in simple rose gold casing.
