Current Product Obsession: Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadows
Glitter, glitter, glitter! We loved it as kids, and now glitter is making a big comeback. Sparkle has always appealed to me when it comes to makeup, but I had never really found a product that wasn’t messy, and at times painful.
While loose glitter and glitter glue can make for a beautiful eye look, it can also be a major hassle to deal with. The fallout tends to fly everywhere, and if you get a chunk of glitter in your eye you can count on your face being a complete runny mess. This is just one of the many reasons I have fallen in love with Stila’s Magnificent Metals. High impact shimmer, without the mess or hassle. These little tubes of magic are just what us glamour girls have been looking for. Easy to apply, great for travel, and amazing color pay-off. Below is information on exactly what they do, as well as my own review and experience with using them.

REVIEW:
I am a girl who loves me some glitter so needless to say these shadows are my jam. When it comes to glittery makeup I have had good and bad experiences (mostly bad). Glitters tend to not stay on the eye well, flake and fall out, and are just over-all messy. But these little beauties have it going on. There’s no need for glitter glue, no loose glitter flying everywhere, and for me-not need for touch-ups. I have all of the shades and found that that they all give a nice, clean sparkly pay-off. Some colors work better for me than others, ‘Rose Gold Retro’ is very creamy and more on the sparkly side verses super glittery and chunky. Shades like ‘Gold Goddess’ are a little patchy on my lids, but build up quite nicely. I love the wand applicator, it’s super easy to use and gives off the perfect amount of product. If the glitter moves too high up in my crease I find using a small flat brush to clean it up works beautifully. These shadows are very pigmented so if you don’t want to shine, then these will not be for you. But for a glitter loving gal like myself, these shadows score an A+.
