Get The Look: Rose Byrne’s Magenta Lips & Charcoal Eyes At The 2021 British Academy Film Awards

Rose Byrne is undeniably one of the funniest ladies in film today, and not only does she bring the laughs; she knows how to bring the glamour too!

For this year’s BAFTA’s Rose attended the event virtually, but still gave us a look to remember. Donning a sparkling studded Miu Miu suit that was both edgy and classic, makeup artist Kate Lee brought in a little drama and color via her makeup. Using all Chanel beauty products Kate played up the Aussie actress’s lovely skin with flushed, glowing cheeks and gave her big brown eyes a soft wash of charcoal giving them a subdued smoky effect. The star of the look was Rose’s vibrant magenta lip that served up major spring vibes with just the right amount of sheen. I think my favorite thing about this is how it demonstrates when properly done, you can create a bold lip and statement eye at the same time without going over the top; a skill any makeup master will want to adopt.
