Beauty Report: Makeup Revolution x Corpse Bride
I always enjoy a makeup/movie collab, especially around Halloween time. But, I have been waiting (for what feels like ages) for a brand to pay tribute to one of my all-time Tim Burton favorites Corpse Bride.
Makeup Revolution has created a spooky and stunning collection dedicated to the animated classic and it’s legendary love triangle of characters Emily, Victor and Victoria. The main hues of the film stick mainly to the greys/blacks/blues family with hints of neutrals throughout, and that is exactly what you can expect from this launch (with a few pops of electric color in between.) The collection includes 4 striking eyeshadow palettes, 3 character themed lipsticks, a hand-held mirror, a makeup brush set, and a see-through makeup case for travel. The best part about this collab is with it being by Makeup Revolution it is all totally affordable! With the collection ranging from $6.75-$25.00. Sadly every single piece quickly sold out on the Makeup Revolution website, but there are still items left on BeautyBay.com and hopefully Ulta will soon be getting the line as well. Since it isn’t even October yet I assume that the MR site will also be restocking soon (fingers crossed!)
