Actress Julia Garner is no stranger to commanding television audiences, from her highly acclaimed roles in shows like Ozark and the docuseries Inventing Anna, it has been quite the year for the 28 year old star.
At this week’s Emmy awards Julia received multiple nominations and walked away a 3rd time winner. The blond beauty wore a unique floral embroidered Gucci gown to the event that showcased a diamond stomach cut-out (very much on her edgy style scale), but it was truly her makeup that was the star of the show. For the celebrated event makeup artist Hung Vanngo created the dreamiest of beauty looks for Julia’s big night. Using all Chanel products Hung gave us glamour galore; from sultry, smoky eyes to luminous peachy-bronze skin to a lustrous apricot lip. I was especially excited to see the brand’s beautiful new eyeshadow quads inspired by Chanel’s classic tweed suits put to good use. The shade Hung chose (“Tweed Cuivre”) filled with shimmery warm golds, coppers and bronzes was prefect for bringing out Julia’s striking blue eyes.
