Get The Look: Riley Keough’s “Daisy Jones And The Six” 1970’s Inspired Glamour

If you’ve been anything like me over the last month then chances are you’ve been glued to Amazon Prime watching the best-selling book turned hit tv series Daisy and The Six. Rumored to be based on the rocky relationships and massive success of 70’s sensation Fleetwood Mac, the show gives you all the glorious Stevie Nicks gypsy meets hippie feels.
With a show based and set in the wild and crazy 1970’s the costume and beauty department take us on quite a journey with the characters, especially Daisy Jones herself played by the hypnotic Riley Keough. Daisy starts out as a carefree, bohemian looking gal and morphs into a full fledged glamour rock queen. Thanks to the head of the show’s makeup department, artist Rebecca Wachtel, we get to see the slow transition Daisy makes as she rises to fame and makes all of her career dreams come true. From soft natural eyes and glowing cheeks to dramatic sooty glitter eyes, and electric blue shadow the makeup revolution of Daisy is one any beauty lover can appreciate and get totally lost in. In fact, I have a feeling we will be seeing a whole lotta Daisy costumes come Halloween season.
