Get The Look: Sarah Jessica Parker’s Smoky Diamond Eyes & Glowy Bronzed Skin At The New York City Ballet 2023 Fall Fashion Gala

If there was ever a belle of a NYC ball it is of course, the forever lovely Manhattan girl herself, Sarah Jessica Parker. For the annual New York City Ballet Fall Fashion Gala, SJP took inspiration from dreamy ballerinas, and maybe even her iconic television alter ego, Carrie Bradshaw.
Donning an all black layered tulle design from Carolina Herrera’s magical Fall 2023 Ready To Wear collection, Sarah accessorized in her true quirky fashion. Mismatched SJP satin sandals (a nice nod to Carrie), an oversized, long grosgrain ribbon/bow (a nod to her own brand), and a dazzling crystal Benedetta Bruzziches Lollo La Petite Handbag. I’ve read some comments of disdain for the bag, but if you get true SJP style at all then you probably love this entire look as much as I do. Not only am I completely charmed by the fashion, I am head over heels for the beauty look. Her longtime hair stylist Serge Normant pulled back her silky, straight locks with the dainty ribbon mentioned above, while makeup artist Elaine Offers played up SJ’s pretty features as only she can. To accompany her elegant dress, Elaine kept things on the dark side when it came to the eyes, but added a beautiful diamond-like sparkle set against a blown out smoky backdrop. The skin looked bronzy and sunkissed, with a striking dewy glow. The finishing touch was a glossy warm pinky-nude lip and her winning mega-watt smile.
