Beauty Report: Trixie Mattel x Sugarpill

Oh honey. Rupaul’s Drag Race fans are going to love this extra special (and extra pink) treat from Sugarpill Cosmetics.

There are few Drag Race faces that are more recognizable or iconic than All-Stars 3 champ Trixie Mattel. The lovable Dolly Parton meets Barbie drag superstar and cheeky folk singer has a signature makeup style that is all her own.

Sugarpill Cosmetics is a longtime favorite brand of both RuPaul’s hit show and many of it’s legendary queens, so this collaboration feels like a very natural fit. The highly anticipated collaboration will be sold as a complete two piece set including a face/eye palette featuring a 6 buttery eyeshadows (shimmers and mattes) and a matte watermelon hued blush. Also in the set is a sparkling rose gold liquid lip color in the shade ‘Barbara’, that offers a heavenly honeysuckle aroma.

As a huge fan of Trixie and makeup in general, this collab is like two of my favorite worlds colliding in the name of beauty. The photos alone already have me saying “UNHhhh!”

The set will retail for $52 and will be available for a limited time online on Sugarpill’s official website on September 5th.
