Beauty Report: Mac Cosmetics x The Blonds ‘Bombshell Essentials’ Collection

When it comes to Mac collaborations few have more sense than powerhouse fashion duo The Blonds.

Before they became designers to the stars, both Phillipe and David worked as makeup artists for the brand. Now well known on the runway and red carpet the stylish twosome are taking their glitzy ways to the beauty department. While we have only seen a small sneak peek of some of the items, the packaging alone already has me clutching my pearls…or should I say rhinestones.

One of The Blonds most signature details is their use of chunky sparkle, often in the form of spikey studs and clusters of sequins. The powder compact for this Mac component looks exactly like deconstructed pieces of a ultra glamorous Blond’s gown. Designed in super shimmery silver and their designer logo, this collection will definitely be a must-have for any beauty collector.

The ‘Bombshell Essentials’ collection will launch on September 6th online only and include lipsticks, glosses, a powder compact, brush, eyeliner and a bedazzled pair of false lashes.
