Beauty Report: Colourpop’s Disney Villains Collection

Photos: Colourpop

There has certainly been no shortage of Disney themed makeup collections over the last year, and you definitely won’t hear me complaining. Colourpop found success with their Disney princess line just last year, and now they’re back and badder than ever.

While Disney Princesses are certainly popular, the villains of our beloved Walt classics have become just as cherished. Evil icons such as Ursula, Cruella, and Maleficent have a fanbase of their very own and Colourpop not only recognized that, they capitalized on it. This collection took inspiration from a total of 6 Disney villains creating highlighters, lipsticks, glosses, and eyeshadows to represent each of them.  While you can buy each item individually online, the Ulta I visited to check out the collection only had sets for each character. After swatching all of them I was most drawn to the gorgeous color shifting highlighter in the Cruella set. I really didn’t need the red lipstick or the bronzey gloss, but for $25 bucks I thought it was quite a steal. The packaging is deliciously dark and is sure to tap into your naughty side.

As always when it comes to Colourpop, the prices all range under $25, unless you want to go for gold and purchase the entire collection which will set you back a cool $200-$249.

Below you can check out all of the products to get an idea of color schemes, but I do highly recommend popping into an Ulta store as I do believe several of the shades look very different in person (and in my opinion better).
