In the world of beauty collaborations it’s hard to find a partner/muse more iconic than Barbie herself. Her world of glitzy pink glamour has captivated many for 60 years now, and is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Pür Cosmetics is paying the ultimate tribute to Barbie with a collection that perfectly reflects her sparkly undeniable charm.
Barbie’s world is of course all about lots of pink and plenty of shimmer and this collection is not lacking either. First there’s the packaging, which will put you in mind of dozens of sparkling pink diamonds. You can expect to receive lots of looks when you pop out one of these pieces in a crowd. Then there’s the actual product. You might not think of Barbie’s look as being very wearable, but these shades are in fact quite versatile for many looks from day to evening. The collection includes a 12-pan eyeshadow palette, 4 glittery lipsticks, one 3-tone highlighter blush, a complexion brush, a set of flirty false eyelashes, a twinkling pink pull-off facial mask, and a shiny lip gloss. The line ranges from $14-$34 and will be available on the Pür website on August 2nd and at Ulta on August 4th.
