Donning a belted red and navy Louis Vuitton dress, makeup artist Rachel Goodwin brought out the vibrant shades of green in her colorful belt through makeup. She paired up sparkling emerald eyeshadow with luminous skin, coral cheeks and a rosy, glossy lip using a variety of Koh Gen Do products.
