Get The Look: Jane Fonda’s Smoldering Eyes and Rosy Lips AT The 92nd Annual Academy Awards

If there is one woman in Hollywood who makes being in your 80’s look spectacular it’s the queen herself, Jane Fonda.

Last night the former 2-time winner presented ‘Best Picture’ at the Oscars and received just as much applause for her entry on stage (packing her Firedrill Friday coat like a boss) as the winner themselves. Donning a sparkling Elie Saab Haute Couture gown she wore to the Cannes Film Festival back in 2016 (I love a re-purpose moment) Jane looked every inch the iconic movie star that she is. Her beauty look was also on point, showcasing a new shorter, lighter do and her makeup was all about accentuating her lovely natural beauty. Since Jane is an ambassador for L’oreal Paris, makeup artist David De Leon naturally made good use of their affordable products to get the “Grace and Frankie” star ready to shine.

David drew attention to Jane’s dazzling blue eyes by smoldering them up with a satin eyeliner and a generous amount of black mascara. Her skin had a radiant natural finish with pretty pink cheeks, while her lips were a warm shade of pinky rose. I think women over a certain age start becoming more and more afraid of makeup as time passes, but this is a beautiful example of how you should never stop having fun with your look. I love that she isn’t scared to mix things up and embrace glamour like a champ.
