Beauty Report: Kylie Cosmetics Sailor Summer Collection

If there is one thing Kylie Jenner knows how to deliver each and every launch it’s impeccable packaging. While Kylie Cosmetics do mix up their products with each collection the star of the show always seems to be her fun, eye-catching exteriors. The brand just revealed their summer 2020 line-up and Kylie & Co have quite possibly outdone themselves.

A few years ago I had the pleasure of interviewing a bright young fashion illustrator from the UK by the name of Hayden Williams , and I knew then he was destined to do big things. Fast-forward to me seeing Kylie’s newest collection and hearts instantly flying out of my eyes (yes, just like the emoji.) Kylie Cosmetics’ saucy Sailor Summer products features a sultry illustration of Kylie as a classic pin-up girl-designed by none other than Hayden himself. Hayden has a very distinct style so I immediately knew who was responsible for these unique and ultra glamorous designs. But, the wow factor doesn’t stop there. The collection features a versatile 16-pan eyeshadow palette with a gorgeous mixture of mattes, glitters and shimmers, as well as a mauve hued matte lip kit, a cherry red high gloss, and a metallic shadow stick duo. As always there is also an option to buy the entire bundle featuring all of the new products.

I have tried several Kylie products over the years and I am always a sucker for her eyeshadow palettes, and with the exquisitely cute packaging art on this one, there’s no question that it will most definitely have to be added to my collection.
