Get The Look: Ariana Grande’s Music Video Glam For Her New Song “Positions”

When best-selling artist Ariana Grande releases new music millions of fans wait in anticipation not only for the song, but also it’s accompanying music video. Last night her latest hit in the making “Positions” premiered on Youtube and the Grammy winner gave us looks for days.
Ariana doesn’t disappoints when it comes to pleasing her supporters, and she never fails to deliver mesmerizing music videos. For “Positions” we see her taking on both the lead of running a country and as a wife figure tending to her duties in the kitchen. Released only 11 days before the presidential election, Ariana’s video showcases the double standard women have to face between the pressures of career and taking care of her home and family (something we rarely see men having to struggle with.) For this particular scene makeup artist Michael Anthony kept the look super glamorous, but also soft and wearable. Inspired by the look of “classic Italian films”, Michael opted for a statement eye with a slightly carved out crease, winged out black liner, and a pair of long and fluffy lashes. The skin was kept fresh and bronzy, the brows perfectly sculpted and the lips a lovely 90’s nude. I love how he kept this look very signature Ariana, but with a cool Sophia Loren flair to it.
Michael took to Instagram to share how he created the looks for the video, and below you can shop them all to recreate your own “Positions” beauty moment at home.
