Grammy award winning artist Billie Eilish is known for her layered, label loving casual style, but for this year’s Met Gala the blonde beauty showed us her softer, more glamorous side.
Looking very much like peaches & cream Barbie in a decadent apricot Oscar de la Renta ballgown, Billie served up a high fashion princess. To complement her frothy dress, makeup artist Robert Rumsey gave the “Ocean Eyes” singer a Marilyn Monroe inspired beauty look. From her bombshell platinum hair to her winged out liner and deep matte rose lip, she was giving us major Old Hollywood glam. While I can appreciate Billie’s signature style, it’s fun to see her exploring this different and softer side of her personality. Plus, if you’re going to try something bold and new there’s no better avenue than the Met Gala.
