Get The Look: Caitriona Balfe’s Smoky Emerald Eyes & Bright Coral Lips At The ‘Belfast” L.A. Premiere

Most of us know Caitriona Balfe as the time traveling Claire Fraser on Starz’s wildly popular show Outlander. While there’s few opportunities for Claire to get all glammed up, Cait on the other hand is a champ at it.

For this week’s Belfast premiere in L.A., Balfe brought drama to the red carpet courtesy of her striking hair and makeup. Makeup artist Mary Wiles always creates stunning looks on the Irish beauty and for this occasion she made both her eyes and lips pop! Since Caitriona has beautiful big blue eyes, smoking them out and adding hints of unexpected color is a great way to play them up. For this event Mary opted for shimmering shades of emerald and olive greens lined in creamy, deep black. The lips were all about a bright coral meets orangey red to add the perfect contrast in hues. The skin was every girl’s dream, exuding a healthy luminous glow with a hints of beautiful bronzy warmth. This look is giving me major holiday vibes, so take note makeup lovers.
