The lovely Kristen Stewart has started her pre-award season rounds after her breathtaking portrayal of Princess Diana in Pablo Larraín’s captivating Spencer. Last night in NYC she attended the 2021 Gotham Awards where she was honored with the Performer Tribute award for her spectacular work in film.

Taking a break from her usual Chanel frocks, Kristen looked both vibrant and elegant in a August Getty column dress in a striking shade of deep hot pink. Hairstylist Adir Abergel gave her blonde locks a funky ponytail top-knot, while makeup artist Beau Nelson played up her stunning green eyes and luminous skin. I have always enjoyed Beau’s work on Kristen because you can tell they have fun creating looks together. He always steps outside the box and isn’t afraid to go bold, which perfectly captures Kristen’s unbridled spirit.

With Stewart being a longtime face of the brand, Nelson naturally used all Chanel products to create a thick, exaggerated jet black winged out liner paired with glowing skin and her signature pinky-nude lip. This entire look was a fun departure from some of the Twilight beauty’s most recent looks, and a smash hit in my book.
