Kristen Stewart is known for changing up her appearance for movie roles, and her current edgy cut is the latest in a longline of hair changes from the award-winning A-List actress. But one thing that never changes is her flair for an out-of-the-box fashion statement.

For this year’s 73rd Annual Berlin Film Festival, Kristen wasn’t merely an attendee, but had the prestigious position of being president of the international jury. Naturally the honor called for a fabulous outfit, and of course it had to be Chanel. She’s has been an ambassador for the brand for many years now, and never shies away from taking risks on the red carpet. For this special occasion the Twilight beauty donned a frothy confection from the fashion house’s Spring 2023 Haute Couture collection. My personal favorite part of the ensemble was her dainty, crystal bow tie choker, which added a fun, androgynous glamour to the entire vibe. For the festival’s opening premiere of She Came to Me, Kristen did what she does best when it comes to adding so spunk to classic Chanel. Since she has a grungy meets punk, kinda haircut, it only made sense that makeup artist Kate Lee would use that to her advantage. Rather than going the expected, demure route with her beauty look, Kate went full Ziggy Stardust giving Ms Stewart fiery smoked-out burgundy eyes that were by far the star of the show. She paired up her intense eyes with fresh, dewy skin, a sharp brow and a very natural looking pinky-nude lip with just a hint of shine. I don’t expect this to be a look everyone will gravitate to, but it makes prefect sense for Kristen and her longstanding relationship with Chanel.
