If there’s anyone in Hollywood who knows how to shine on a red carpet, it is the forever enchanting and endlessly stylish Kate Hudson. Much like her iconic mother Goldie Hawn, Kate is a ray of light in any crowd.
For this week’s Breakthrough Prize Ceremony in Santa Monica, Kate was a vision in glittering Elie Saab gold. This look was very reminiscent of Kate’s years of working with the fabulous Rachel Zoe. It’s that perfect mix of Hollywood glamour with a splash of bohemian chic that both Zoe and Kate do so well. The blonde beauty is now styled by Marc Eram, who seems to be taking her back to her OG fashion roots-which naturally I fully approve of. When it comes to Kate’s beauty look, Monika Blunder is always a master behind the brush and certainly worked her magic for this event. Kate’s skin was no question the star of the show as it was glowing like bubbly champagne. From her radiant face down to her gleaming shoulders, their was a light all around the Running Point star. Blunder also created a beautiful smoked-out eye with a hint of subtle shimmer accompanied by luminous peachy rosewood cheeks, bronzy skin and a subtle pinky-nude lip. This look is classic Kate and one of my favorite red carpet moments of hers in quite a while.
