Beauty Report: Lorac Unzipped Sunset Palettes

If there’s one thing I love it’s a beautiful sunset, if there’s one thing I love even more it’s a stunning eyeshadow palette. Thanks to Lorac Cosmetics the beauty community is about to get the best of both worlds. The brand’s Unzipped series has revealed three brand new palettes all dedicated to the breathtaking sunsets and landscapes of Southern California. The Ocean palette is filled with deep blues and golden yellows inspired by a summery sunset by the water, the Mountain palette is more on the earthy side with rich greens and browns, and the Desert collection is filled with warm toned reds and oranges. There are 10 richly pigmented shades in each palette that retail for $42 each. For that price tag I do expect the packaging to be a little more exciting, and to at least have a mirror. But those small gripes aside, these palettes look absolutely beautiful.
The pSunset series launched on Lorac’s official site on July 11th and quickly sold out. A restock is in the works, as are launch dates for both Ulta (August 7th) and Kohls (September 1st) stores. Two days ago Ulta added tall three to their website and I am happy to say they are all currently still available! If one (or all) of these are calling your name you better purchase fast, as these are limited edition items that will not be returning.
